Refund policy

Template text — edit before relying on it. Last updated 14 October 2026.

When you can get a refund

  • The account does not work on delivery (wrong login, already banned, locked).
  • It does not match the listing (country, age, verification or other stated details).
  • A manual-delivery order was not delivered.
  • A problem appears within the warranty period shown on the listing.

When refunds are not possible

  • The account worked on delivery and was later restricted because of how it was used.
  • You changed details or logged in from a way the listing warned against.
  • The warranty period has passed, or no warranty was offered.
  • You changed your mind after delivery.

How to ask

  1. Open the order in Dashboard → Orders and press Open a dispute.
  2. Describe the problem. Screenshots help; you can link them from imgur, ibb, prnt.sc, postimg or Google Drive.
  3. The seller can reply, send a replacement or offer a refund. Disputes stay open at least 24 hours before a seller can close them, and Lot Lane support can step in at any time.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your Lot Lane wallet, usually within 24 hours of the decision, and can be used right away. Partial refunds may be given when only some accounts in an order are faulty. Wallet top-ups themselves are not refunded to crypto addresses except where required by law or approved by support.

Replacements

Instead of a refund, a seller may deliver a working replacement. It appears on the same order page.
