Terms of Service

Template text — edit before relying on it. Last updated 14 October 2026.

These terms apply to everyone who uses Lot Lane (“we”, “the marketplace”), whether you buy, sell or just browse. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. What Lot Lane is

Lot Lane is a marketplace. Independent sellers list digital accounts and deliver them through the site. Unless a listing says “Lot Lane Desk”, the seller, not Lot Lane, is responsible for the item.

2. Your account

  • You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.
  • Keep your password and 2FA safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person, one account. We may close duplicate or abusive accounts.

3. Wallet and payments

  • You pay from your Lot Lane wallet. Top-ups are made by crypto deposit and credited once confirmed on the network.
  • Send the exact amount on the network shown. Deposits sent to the wrong network or after an invoice expires may be lost or need manual review.
  • Wallet balance is not a bank account, earns no interest and is used only for purchases on Lot Lane.

4. Buying

  • Read the listing before you buy: country, age, verification and warranty are part of the offer.
  • Check your accounts as soon as they are delivered. Problems must be reported through a dispute within the warranty period shown on the listing.
  • Change the password and recovery details right after delivery where the listing allows it.

5. Selling

  • Sellers must be approved and must only list items they have the right to sell, with accurate descriptions.
  • Sale earnings stay on hold for 3 days, or longer while a dispute is open, before they can be withdrawn.
  • Lot Lane charges a fee on each sale, shown in the seller desk.

6. Keep it on Lot Lane

Sharing contact details (Telegram, WhatsApp, email, phone, links) in listings, disputes or reviews, or asking to trade off-site, is not allowed. Off-site deals are not protected and may lead to suspension.

7. Not allowed

  • Fraud, stolen payment methods, chargebacks or money laundering.
  • Using accounts bought here for spam, harassment, scams or anything illegal.
  • Attacking, scraping or overloading the site.

8. Suspension

We may hide listings, hold balances under investigation, or suspend accounts that break these terms. Sellers can appeal through support.

9. Liability

Items are digital and provided as described by the seller. Third-party platforms may change their rules or restrict accounts at any time; Lot Lane is not responsible for actions those platforms take after the warranty period. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Lot Lane means you accept the update.
